  1. Flexible and comprehensive

    4

The course was very informative and gave me lots of food for thought regarding the board I have been a member of and boards I might be on in the future. It was also good to have an affordable and flexible option to suit my personal budget and my time. It would have been nice if more participants had engaged in the forums, but Lisa was responsive to my posts, so that was good.
It seems like there are still some kinks in the formatting that need ironing out, and I found the YouTube clips harder to engage with, but that might just be my learning style. I think also that the exam needs to be reviewed, to ensure that what is tested correlates highly with the key messages and summaries.
Lisa was always quick to respond to my queries and was very accommodating of my specific needs. With some more finessing and refining, I think this course is a great investment for many up and coming directors.
